Lisa is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Occupational Therapist with over 17 years of clinical experience. She founded Lift Exercise Rehabilitation to help people lift their story — through active rehabilitation built around who they are and the life they want to live.

Lisa graduated from Curtin University in 2008 as an Occupational Therapist, going on to specialise in hand and upper limb therapy. She is an Accredited Hand Therapist (AHT, awarded by the AHTA) and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), with extensive experience across acute and chronic upper limb rehabilitation in both private and public settings.

Her clinical interests expanded into the broader relationship between exercise, pain, and long-term health, leading her to complete a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Western Australia in 2026. This dual qualification, OT and AEP, shapes every program she writes — combining exercise science with a person-centred, biopsychosocial lens that looks beyond the injury to how it fits into someone's whole life.

Lisa's approach is grounded in current evidence and a genuine belief that movement, when it fits the person, can be transformative.

Outside of work, you'll find Lisa exercising outdoors, in the garden, or around a table with friends and family sharing good food. She's passionate about sustainability and living with an eco-conscious footprint.

At its heart, Lift exists because Lisa believes everyone deserves expert, compassionate, and individualised care - regardless of their condition, their starting point, or their postcode.
